NC Cooperative Extension agent April Vigardt will lead a 2-part series on vegetable gardening. In Part 1, learn about garden site selection, soil preparation, seed selection, making a soil mix for growing your transplants, and deciding how much to grow. 

If participating in the plant swap following the talk, please bring healthy, pest-free plants, starts, and/or seeds to share.
