Program Description

Event Details

The club, in partnership with Oakland Community College, is designed to give non-native speakers a chance to practice their English skills. English speakers who want to learn about other cultures are invited as well. Participants view a movie prior to the meeting, to discuss with the group. All skill levels welcome.


Come join the ESL "Movie Club."  Watch a movie ahead of time and meet up at the library to discuss it. 

 April's movie selection: Erin Brockovich, available on Netflix and on DVD through our Library Network.
