Amanda has worked with the New England Aquarium and continues to volunteer her time and knowledge to rescue, rehabilitate, and release injured or sick seals back into the waters of the Cape. Clay Time Studio from Shrewsbury will be offering each youth a bowl, plate, or cup to paint using a special paint medium. They will then be taken back to the studio to be fired in the kiln and will be ready for pick up from the library in about a week. For ages 8-19. Registration is required.

Look, listen, learn & laugh at The Ukulele Show, an educational concert where Dave Maloof of MusicPlusComedy.com will perform a ukulele concert – singing and playing various ukes to music including Beatles,
Rock ’n’ Roll, Vintage Pop, World, Country, Comedy, Kids – maybe even a little…Classical?! He’ll also show various ukulele sizes, shapes and tunings, demonstrate different playing techniques, and explain a bit about ukulele origins and parts. And everyone can try out some of the ukes that Dave will bring!
Dave Maloof is a teacher, musician, and ukulele enthusiast who presents and performs ukulele programs, educational concerts, and music/comedy shows. He has performed comedy and music in New England and New York.
