Use this form to request materials from MML. You can request specific titles/authors or general topics. We'll pull them and call to let you know when they're ready for pickup. Requests can also be made by calling 419-347-5576 Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Happy Reading!
