Quincy 400 Continues at the Library! The City of Quincy proudly marks 400 years of rich history, community, and culture since its settlement in 1625. Known as the birthplace of two U.S. Presidents, John Adams and John Quincy Adams, Quincy has been at the forefront of shaping American democracy and innovation. This milestone is an opportunity to honor our past, celebrate our present, and envision a bright future together. Join us as we continue to celebrate! Together, let’s honor our history and look forward to the next chapter. Stay tuned for more events to come!

Drop-In Open Hours allows guests to use the makerspace equipment for personal projects and or experimentation! Please note that The Cranium has a maximum capacity of 12 during open hours, and on some occasions we do have to turn people away when that capacity is reached. We recommend planning ahead and reserving equipment in advance. Reserve ahead here. Use of an equipment must be completed by the end of your reservation time so as not to run over into the following reservation. Additionally, staff cannot provide detailed, one-on-one instruction during open hours. However, The Cranium webpage does provide detailed tutorials and instructions on the equipment and any additional questions you may have can be directed to quref@ocln.org
