We will be making holiday cards using paper holiday designs and upcycled (recycled) holiday cards! This program is for adults and teens, tweens are welcome with a guardian.

It's Patron Appreciation Day and to celebrate we will have hot cocoa, coffee and easy crafts in the Workshop from 11am-3pm! 


Create gingerbread house ornaments out of mini terracotta pots, or create paper snow flakes.

Drop by the Children's Studio after school and build with our Legos! See if you can tackle a Lego Challenge Card, or just free build. Please leave your own Legos at home. Best for children age 6 and up, caregivers must remain in the library. No meeting December 24 or 31.

Kids and their caregivers are welcome to decorate their own wrapping paper in this craft workshop. We'll provide the paper and paint sticks, you provide the imagination! This is a drop in event, available while supplies last and time permits.

Afternoon at the Movies: Smallfoot

Join us for an afternoon showing of 2018's Smallfoot, rated PG. We will have snow-inspired snacks but you're welcome to bring your own as well (no peanuts, please!) Bring a blanket to sit on, if you like. All ages. Children under 8 must be accompanied by a caregiver.

Qi Gong - Tai Chi

Tuesdays at 11:00am

Tai chi has been proven through medical studies to benefit the body in many tangible ways. The slow graceful movements help reduce the risk of falling & ease arthritic joint pain. 


Ongoing classes will be held on Tuesday mornings from 11:00 am – 12:00 noon in NPL’s Meeting Room.
