What is a punch needle? A punch needle is a manual tool used for embroidery or rug making that creates a field of tightly-packed loops of thread or yarn on a woven fabric substrate.

Gentle Yoga Flow and Stretch

This is a Yang style class which focuses more on the larger muscle groups with slower, thoughtful and accessible movements, mostly on the ground, combined with gentle stretching. The class also includes breathwork and meditation to help center and calm the mind to to facilitate the connection of the mind, breath, body, and spirit.
All levels are welcome, with a focus on beginners and advanced beginners.
