Calling all true crime fanatics! The True Crime Book Group is back by popular demand! The weather is getting colder, and it's time for chills of a different variety. Join us for our new True Crime Book Group. Each month we will read a different true crime novel. For November, we will be reading and discussing “Dancing With the Octopus” by Debora Harding.
"Dancing With the Octopus" traces the author's remarkable counterintuitive healing journey in the aftermath of trauma, relating how she survived a violent abduction only to endure her family's denial, an abandonment that compelled her to learn her imprisoned attacker's story.
Copies will be available for pickup at the front desk!
