Library News
from South Country Library
October 19, 2021

Building community by sharing the wonders of learning, creating, and connecting with one another.

Hello South Country Community,

Next weekend, don't forget to Trick-or-Treat at the Library! Stop by in your costume after the Bellport Halloween Parade or on Halloween Sunday (open from 12-4) to scare up some sweet treats.

It's that time of year again! The Best of Long Island contest is underway, and we've been nominated as a best public library.
You can vote in each category once per day. Want to vote for us? Click here, then scroll down to Education on the left, click on Public Library, find us fourth from the bottom, and click vote.

Speaking of voting, Election Day is Tuesday, November 2.
Suffolk County has the list of candidates and propositions, plus info on early and absentee voting. Confirm your poll site here.

Have a safe and happy Halloween!
