Did you know that you can save $2200 or more a year with the Medicare Savings Program? Health & Welfare Council of Long Island’s certified Healthcare Facilitated Enrollers will be at the library to provide enrollment assistance.The Facilitated enroller will help clients fill out all applications and collect required documents to submit to the Department of Social Services. Appearing for the first time at the library, GUNK stands for all girls funk band. They are an 8-piece band that draws inspiration in their music making from the original Motown girl groups of the 1950's and 60's. South Country Library now offers limited Notary Services. Please call (631) 286-0818 x1 to check for availability or click here for more information.
Fee: $2.00 per notarized signature
 
We are not able to notarize wills, mortgages, or sales of property.  All documents must be in English. You must have a valid New York State driver’s license or identification card. You may use a valid United States passport but must also have proof of residence that shows your current address. No post office boxes.

We serve first-time applicants, minor applicants, adult applicants whose most recent passport was issued as a minor, and applicants who have lost their passports.
