YES Community Mental Health Promotion and Support (COMHPS) Friday, August 6, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm A representative from Youth Enrichment Services COMHPS team will be available every first Friday of the month to provide information on their mental health services. YA Camp Half-Blood A Percy Jackson Event Saturday, August 2, 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm Join us as we celebrate our favorite Demigod with a special event. There will be plenty of camp activities, including crafts, giveaways, snacks, green screen photos, and a viewing of the show.

Mini Golf in the Library! Friday, August 8, 6:15 pm - 8:00 pm The library will close early for a special mini golf event throughout the building! Nine mini golf holes will be set up inside the library for your group to play. A maximum of 20 groups can register for this event, with a limit of 5 people within a group. To minimize your waiting time, we have timed entries in 15-minute increments. Time slots are first come, first serve. Please visit or call the Reference desk to register.

Sign Up to be a Literacy Volunteer Are you interested in helping an English speaker learn to read and write? The Library is looking for volunteers with instructional experience. You can open countless doors for someone else by offering the gift of literacy. Interested persons should complete this application and contact Jack in the Reference Department at 631-286-0818 ext 1.

The Library has a Notary Public Fee: $2.00 per notarized signature We are not able to notarize wills, mortgages, or sales of property. All documents must be in English. You must have a valid New York State driver’s license or identification card. You may use a valid United States passport but must also have proof of residence that shows your current address. No post office boxes.

Passport Services by Appointment We serve first-time applicants, minor applicants, adult applicants whose most recent passport was issued as a minor, and applicants who have lost their passports.
|

Hours are by appointment only. You may also call us at 631-286-0818 x1. Our service cannot renew a passport. That is a separate process: Printed forms are available by the Reference Desk.

South Country Library patrons may renew their card or apply for a new one online. Images of photo ID and address verification are required. Or visit our Patron Services desk at the front of the library for the same service.
