Saturday, May 11th 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Lewis Park Shelter - 5012 Highland Dr
Join fellow bird lovers at the McFarland Bird Festival! Visit the Lewis Park shelter to experience all the festival has to offer. Explore booths with information and activities, enter the prize raffle, and enjoy guided bird walks at 9:30 and 11:00, all at beautiful Lower Mud Lake, a wonderful area for bird watching. This all-ages event is free and open to everyone! |

| Bird Fest Raffle
Purchase raffle tickets for $5 each or 5/$20 at the festival or at the library through May 12. Prizes include bird feeders, garden decorations, and many other items for bird lovers! |

| Bird-a-thon 2024
Help local birders Shawn Miller and Alex Arnold raise funds for a purple martin house and interpretive signage for McFarland's Lewis Park/Marsh Woods Park areas. |

Book Donations
Are you spring cleaning and wondering what to do with your gently used books, DVDs, and books on CD? Clear your clutter and give them a new life by donating them to the library! Materials may be added to our collection or go into our Friends book sales.
Donations can be dropped off at our main desk anytime and contributions are tax deductible.
