Pocket Vinyl Comic Workshop & Performance

Join us for an exciting evening with Pocket Vinyl! They are a full time touring band from New London, CT, who recently wrote a graphic novel memoir called How to Completely Lose Your Mind: A Graphic Novel Memoir of One Indie Band's Attempt to Break a World Record. Start off with an all ages workshop to learn the basics of creating your own comic. Then return for a performance of music, live painting, and tour stories, followed by a Q&A and book signing.

Registration is open for our fourth annual 5K Run/Walk and Kids Dash! New this year, older kids can add a 1/4 mile run to the obstacle dash. All participants will receive a knitted beanie hat. All proceeds benefit our library! |
