Join us for an exciting evening with Pocket Vinyl! They are a full time touring band from New London, CT, who recently wrote a graphic novel memoir called How to Completely Lose Your Mind: A Graphic Novel Memoir of One Indie Band's Attempt to Break a World Record. Start off with an all ages workshop to learn the basics of creating your own comic. Then return for a performance  of music, live painting, and tour stories, followed by a Q&A and book signing.

It's time to Speak Up for Libraries! Federal funding for libraries is at risk and your voice can make a difference. Visit mywisconsinlibrary.org to learn how you can help:

  • Fill out a postcard at your local library to send to legislators.

  • Make a testimonial video sharing why your library matters.

  • Call your representatives and tell them to support library funding.

  • Use your library—every checkout, visit, and program attendance shows its value!
