Library Stories

"I moved to Utah in high school and had a hard time making friends. The library gave me lots of opportunities to get out of the house and gave me access to so many beautiful stories. It was a good escape from the things I was struggling with and I have so many memories going on my own or with my siblings.

Being able to go to the library was the highlight of many of my days. I knew that there were so many awesome books that the library had that I wanted to read. I loved going to the library because it was a safe space for me, and I didn’t feel anxious or out of place there."

Thanks Kylie for sharing your library story with us!

Tell us your American Fork Library story! Whether it's a memory like Kylie's or a more recent moment, we'd love to hear how the library has been part of your life.
