The amazing support from the people who visited our 2021 fundraising auction exceeded all our expectations! Our progress has been excellent and architectural design and costing is underway.
Your participation, bids and support for our auction demonstrates that there is wide support for the New Library Project in our community and that support greatly improves our government funding opportunities. The more funds we can secure through the auction and donations, the greater our chance of success in the application for grants we will be submitting this spring.
If you have not already, please visit our Library Project Website for more info on our progress towards the future Kaslo Library. There are lots of opportunities to participate in the progress of this project, but right now - we need your financial help to move forward with our plans.

With community approval, we will be supported to host fundraising events for the New Library Project and be able to offer some exciting programs at the library this year. The community engagement period runs from March 28 at 8:00am to April 8 at 4:30pm. Public engagement is an integral part of the Columbia Basin Trust Community Initiatives and Affected Areas Program Funding (CIP/AAP) process.
