August News @ FCPL
They say all good things must come to an end, and our Oceans of Possibilities Summer Reading Program is no exception.

This summer 7,017 participants of all ages read a total of 89,368 books and spent 5,136,978 minutes reading between May 25 and July 31 in FCPL's summer reading program! Of course, the experience of reading is
a reward in and of itself, but our summer reading prizes definitely sweeten the experience. Keep reading for more information about our incremental
prizes and upcoming Grand Prize drawings.

As Forsyth County students head back to school, I want to remind everyone that FCPL is here to champion ALL stages of learning.
From early literacy skills for babies to Scam Awareness for Adults, our programs this month cover the gamut of interests. We also offer countless free "Back to School Essentials" all year long. Read on for more details!

Oceans of Prizes
If you participated in our summer reading program through Beanstack, make sure you apply any earned Grand Prize tickets to the Grand Prize Drawings of your choice by this Thursday, August 4.

We'll be doing the Grand Prize drawings on Friday, August 5 and will notify winners by email. Sunday, August 14 will be the last day to redeem incremental prizes and Grand Prize Winners will have until August 22 to pick up their Grand Prizes.

Any Grand Prizes not picked up by August 22 will have new winners drawn.

Special thanks to all our Title and Prize sponsors! Our summer reading program would not be possible without such wonderful community support.
