Summer Reading 2024 : The Final Stretch!
On July 18th, we hit 25 days of Summer Reading! If you have logged 25 days of reading since the program began on June 24th, you are automatically entered for a chance to win the grand prize!
 
Remember that you can back date your reading. If you forgot to log any previous days, please go back and log it so you don't miss out on the chance to win the $50 Visa Gift Card!

Week 7 Prizes!
All of the weekly prizes are available to see on Beanstack once you register for the program! Each week, we will be spotlighting the prizes in the upcoming drawing.
 
Reminder: All tickets for Week 6 Prizes must be submitted by Friday, August 2nd.

Read a book about or set in each state  in the U.S. and color the map. Turn in your map by September 6th for an invitation to the Reading Road Trip celebration on September 14th!
The three people who complete the most states will receive prizes.

August Adventures with Highland Street
 
The Highland Street Foundation is bringing back their popular August Adventures program! Each day in August, you can go to a museum, park, or similar venue for free. Some events will require prior registration, so be sure to check out all the information on their website or pick up a calendar from the library!

Celebrate Your Reading!
Summer Reading Finale Party

If you participated in Summer Reading, you are invited to come celebrate the end on the program with us! There will be popsicles, a craft, and lots of laughs.
 
Please register everyone attending so we have and accurate head-count.

Each Story Walk will be available for 2 weeks.
We will have 4 different story walks throughout the summer.
 
They are available for viewing during normal library hours.
 
Family Take & Make Crafts

Pick up a fun craft to do together! This week's craft is a Campsite!
 
 
Bigfoot-Themed Scavenger Hunts

Kids of all ages can stop by the Children's Room to complete this week's scavenger hunt and riddle! Everyone who completes a hunt or a riddle will be entered into a raffle. Raffle winners will be announced Monday, August 12th.
