Winter Reading is Coming!
This year we're doing something new and exciting with Winter Reading! We're having a All Ages Community Reading Goal.
We're hoping that together we can log 1,000 hours of reading. Kids & Teens can win raffle tickets throughout this challenge by logging their reading (1 raffle ticket per half hour read, up to 40 tickets) and writing book reviews (1 raffle ticket per review, up to 5 reviews). Patrons will also receive 1 raffle ticket for registering and 5 raffle tickets for completing the challenge (completing the challenge includes logging 20 hours and submitting 5 reviews), for a total of 51 potential raffle tickets that can be earned. These tickets can then be used to enter to win real prizes!
Inclement Weather Notice
During the winter months, any closings or late openings will be reported to local TV stations 22 & 40, as well as their websites. Inclement weather closings or delays will also be posted on our social media platforms.
