| The Grant R. Brimhall Library will be closed on Sunday, May 3 due to an event at Conejo Creek North Park. The Newbury Park Library will be open with special hours from 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm that day.
Both libraries will be closed on Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day. Our Virtual Library is open 24/7! |

Looking for a fun way to give back this summer? We’re seeking enthusiastic, friendly teens to help make the Summer Reading Club (SRC) a huge success. With flexible shifts throughout the summer, it’s a great opportunity to support your library and community while building customer service and teamwork skills. Apply as soon as possible!
Requirements: • Ages 14-17 (Grades 9-12 in the 2026-27 school year)
• Friendly, helpful, eager, and reliable
• Attend a Volunteer Orientation Training
• Complete a minimum of 20 volunteer hours between June 15 – August 3
Make new friends, gain valuable experience, and help keep the community reading all summer long! |

Monday, May 18 • 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm • GRB Teen Space Stop by and choose a design/experience using one or all of our ‘maker’ machines: Button maker, VR headset, 3D printer, and Cricut machine. For ages 11+.

The Friends are seeking donations of good condition paperbacks and recent nonfiction releases. Proceeds from the book sale allow the Friends to sponsor library collections and programs. |
