Valentine's Day Picture Books
A self-important groundhog is excited for the big day when his shadow (or lack thereof) will decide if winter is over. But he finds himself overlooked as people stock up on candy hearts, write romantic couplets, and hope to be struck by Cupid's arrow! Meanwhile, Cupid himself spreads love and joy, oblivious to the groundhog's frustration. Can the two holiday icons learn to share the spotlight?

It's time for Adventure Bay's big Valentine's Day celebration and the PAW Patrol is ready. That is, until a parade float goes missing! Can the heroic pups solve the mystery and save the day?
Stickler, a one-of-a-kind creature made of sticks, is giving his friends Valentine's Day sticks, but none of them are interested in Valentine's sticks. Crow says he prefers fine, shiny things, Beaver likes receiving funny cards, and Wolf doesn't care for Valentine's sticks - they're too small to chew on! When Stickler tries to offer Cat a Valentine stick, she does not want one. "Hmm..." he wonders, "Maybe Valentine's Day is not about what Stickler loves, but what others love."

Twelve-year-old Luna never wanted to move from California to Virginia, and she definitely doesn't want to live with a very formal grandmother she barely knows. But during a visit to the National Museum of Natural History, the rarely seen luna moth for which Luna was named sparks her curiosity. Using her mother's old naturalist notebooks as a guide, Luna, who has always preferred the indoors, endeavors to see a real luna moth with her own eyes. Learning more about nature just might help her make a new friend, figure out how to feel at home in her new life, and understand the mother she never got the chance to know.
