Loki underwent a procedure on his eye on July 22, 2025. The procedure went well and he is recovering out of the spotlight. “Hi Friends! After I’m all healed up, I’m going to be retiring in September. I love my library friends so much, and I know you love me too, so I asked one of my best friends if she would step in and be the new library animal ambassador.Stop by the library between July 24 and August 9 to guess which animal she is!”

A Peace of My Mind Series
August 1-31
The Library will display a gallery titled “A Peace of My Mind,” a traveling exhibit featuring the powerful words and images of the Wisconsin Uniters. The gallery showcases the work of photographer John Noltner, who captured images and sentiments of the public and Wisconsin Uniters. Each photo features a member with a quote about their hopes for the community. Uniting to prevent targeted violence is the goal of the Uniters, a diverse group of individuals willing to work together and create positive change in their area through a project facilitated by Urban Rural Action. |
