The Friends of the Oconomowoc Public Library is a nonprofit group created to support the mission of the Oconomowoc Public Library by raising funds for the Library for special programs and purposes including Explore Passes, Loki’s care, and so much more.
Annual membership fees help support the Friends fundraising efforts and give members early access to book sales.

Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting for the Friends will be held on Wednesday, October 1st at 6:30pm in the Lyke Room at the library. Enjoy some treats and learn about how the Friends support the library through volunteering, advocacy, and providing financial assistance for various activities throughout the year. |

Join us for the OPL's Rambling Readers, a new read-anything walking book club. Chat about what you're reading and get ideas for what to read next, all while walking around Fowler Lake (~2 miles).
Meet on the library steps at 7 pm wearing comfortable walking shoes. We'll start walking toward Lac La Belle at 7:05.

His paintings evoked affetti - human emotions: they had drama, beauty, movement, pretense, and yes, horror! Join us as we survey the life and works of one of the most celebrated artists of his time on the colorful stage of the Italian Baroque: Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio. Presented by Professor Karri Fritz-Klaus of Cornerstone History Symposium. This is the first lecture in a five-part series, “The Spirituality of Light: A Moral Compass.” Free to attend.
