The Pizza Competition At-Home Mystery

March 23–April 1 | Ages 7+


The Willy Wonka of pizza is holding a competition to find an heir to his business. All you need to do is solve his puzzles to find the secret ingredients that make his pizzas the best in the world! Are you up for the challenge?


Visit the New Children’s Shelf to pick up your family packet of puzzles, available Monday, March 23–Wednesday, April 1. Solve the mystery and return to the desk by Friday, April 10 to enter a drawing for the card game Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza and read the answer sheet.

Beardie Buck

March Reading Challenge


Read 10 hours this month and earn a Beardie Buck good for $1 toward the purchase of a Friends Book Sale item! Visit the New Children’s Shelf to pick up your log. Track your reading and return the completed log to the desk within the first week of April to receive your Beardie Buck. All ages.

Puppets & Play

Stop by the Library for a puppet show, followed by open play and social time for little ones.

Shorehaven Storytime

Join the library in caring and sharing with our friends at Shorehaven! This intergenerational storytime features moving, shaking, singing, and reading, all in the spirit of being together in our community.

Celebrate your favorite Pokémon at our new Pokémon Club for kids! We will meet once a month to play the card game, show off our collections, test our knowledge, and have fun! Registration is required.

Looking for the perfect card for a special occasion? Or maybe you ‘d love to create unique bookmarks for yourself—or to share at the Library? Join our monthly Papercraft Party! Explore our extensive collection of high-quality papers and supplies as you design beautiful cards and bookmarks. 
All supplies are provided, but feel free to bring your own paper, ribbons, and embellishments to make your creations truly one-of-a-kind!
