Library Remodel Phase 1 Starting soon!
| The Library Board of Trustees selected Miron as their contractor at their July 15th meeting. The construction project preparations will begin September 9th and the Library will close on September 16th. We expect to reopen in mid-October. The date for the groundbreaking ceremony will be announced soon.

| Parking in the Library parking lot will become limited on September 9th as we prepare for construction. By September 16th the library parking lot will be closed. We are sorry for any inconvence! |

- When will the library be closed?
- The library will be closed September 16th until mid-October.
- What about books I have on hold?
- You will stay on the waitlist and keep your spot in line. If you don’t want to wait you can change your pick up location to another library near by.
- What about books I have checked out?
- All books checked out now will not be due back till we reopen. If you need to renew books checked out earlier please ask a staff member before the library closes.
- Will I get fines while the library is closed?
- No fines will be added while the library is closed.
- Will there be curbside during this part of construction?
- We are calling this phase 1 of construction and sadly there will be no curbside because staff isn’t allowed in the building.
- What about parking?
- Parking will become limited September 9th as we prepare for construction. It will fully close September 16th. Please use street parking after the 16th.
- When will the library reopen?
- We are hoping to reopen mid-October, but the exact date will depend on the contactor.
