Welcome Spring
We did it. We made it to spring. Though the weather may, at times, still follow old man winter, we can begin to see the signs of the world waking up from its long winter slumber. The days are longer and the birds are singing. You can see it here at the library too. More programs are being scheduled, the Friends monthly book sales are back and the shelves are full of new books waiting to be checked out. If it's been a while since you've visited the library, spring is a great time to stop on in. Let the staff and resources of the WFL help you get a jump on the spring season and all the magic it has to offer.

Have you joined or renewed your Friend's of the WFL Membership? Without their support, the library would not be able to offer most of the programs mentioned in this newsletter, we would have no museum passes to lend, nor would we be able to purchase as many books, e-books, downloadable audio books, and more. Membership starts at just $10 a year for individuals ($25 for families). Sign up at the library, or online today. Join the Friends at their monthly meetings held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 4:00 p.m. with their next meeting being held on March 11th.

Wareham Library Foundation
The Wareham Library Foundation fills in where the town funding ends. The Foundation helps provide critical financial support to the library including staffing, operations and more. Without the Foundation, the library would not be able to offer as much as it does. Please consider supporting the Wareham Library Foundation as they work towards "Bridging the Gap" in the WFL funding. Join them at a meeting on the first Wednesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. Their next meeting will be held on March 5th.
