SEPTEMBER IS LIBRARY CARD SIGN-UP MONTH!

Four tickets will be given to an existing adult Heggan library cardholder and four tickets will be given to a new adult Heggan library cardholder who obtains a library card between September 2nd and September 21st.

If you have a library card, enter the raffle at the display inside the library. If you need to sign up for a new card, visit the circulation desk and sign up to be entered for your chance
