Over the past year, our STEM programs have gained quite a bit of steam! We have offered both STEM at the Library programs for all ages one Wednesday evening per month, as well as the STEM for Homeschool program one Tuesday afternoon per month for homeschool families. Both programs have been very popular! For logistics and staffing reasons, we are making one small change to our STEM programming. Beginning in September, both programs will be offered on the same day. That means that STEM at the Library is moving to one Tuesday evening per month! Since both programs offer the same STEM experience each month, we thought it only made sense to do them both on the same day. We look forward to continuing to offer our patrons fun and educational experiences in the world of STEM! |

These sheets, when put together on the wall, will form one large image that will decorate a space on our second floor. Color them any way you'd like. Come be a part of The Big Picture! |

Stitches & ConversationSaturday, September 13 9:30 - 11:00 AM, Felker Room Stitches & Conversation is an open crafting group to share needle arts (knitting, crochet, etc) and other crafts, as well as conversation.
All ages and skill levels are welcome.
The group can help if you are just getting started or are stuck and need help on a project. Bring along your current project and supplies, whatever your craft may be.

Leaf Print PaintingCommunity Craft with Local Artisans of Wisconsin Wednesday, September 17 6:00 PM, Adler Room Capture the beauty of fall with this nature-inspired craft!
Using real leaves and vibrant paint colors, participants will create their own one-of-a-kind leaf print artwork on canvas or paper. This all-ages class is perfect for celebrating the season, exploring textures, and having fun with color. All materials will be provided. Just bring your creativity!

Lego Fest Saturday, September 20 12:00-3:00 PM, Adler Room We're bringing out the Legos for another Saturday afternoon of building! Join us in the Adler Room for this build fest. Your only limits are your imagination! Creations will be displayed in the Atrium for one week after this event. |

EarthwatchWednesday, September 3 1:30 PM, Felker Room EarthWatch is a book club that is an open environmental and conservation discussion group for on-topic books. The group meets each month to discuss the book and share ideas. This month we will begin reading the book Bad Naturalist by Paula Wyman, through page 85. Earthwatch meets in the Felker Family Genealogy & Local History Room on the second floor.
