Travel Adventure with ISU Extension (K-5th grade) This Summer - Choose your own travel destination anywhere from the exotic jungles of Africa to the beauty of mountains at Bryce Canyon in Utah to kayaking in Blue Heron Lake in West Des Moines, Iowa. Summer Reading Pool Party! (Infant-12th grade) This pool party is the completion prize for completing this year's Book A Trip Summer Reading Program. If you completed your passport, then you earned a ticket to the pool party. Bring your ticket to the pool for entry. Popcorn and drinks will be available during the party (while supplies last) and we may even have a few door prizes! We understand most children will need a guardian to supervise them - guardian(s) can attend without a ticket. Special thanks to Adel Parks and Recreation and the Waukee Palms for their partnership.
