Skippy The Drum Machine

Monday, June 29th @2pm

Led by Luke “Skippy” Harbur, you’ll learn how music is made through the voice, body, and beatboxing! Make silly sounds, wiggle your body, and leave with tools for how to make your own music, no experience necessary! Skippy will also be reading their new book Boots, Andy, Cats: a world for all ages, shapes, and sizes! This program proves we are all smarter, kinder, and better together! Children ages 8 and under must be supervised by a caregiver. 

Elementary: Egg Drop

Tuesday, June 30th @2pm

Using various supplied materials and your own genius, create a device that protects a raw egg from breaking when dropped from a tall height!

Wednesday, July 1st @11am

Students on the Teen Advisory Board (TAB) develop leadership skills and meet monthly to help plan teen programs and sign up for volunteer opportunities. Volunteer hours/cord hours may be earned for these meetings. This program is designed for students in 6th - 12th grades.

Cartooning Workshop with Buck Jones!

Thursday, July 2nd @1pm

Illustrator Buck Jones is going to teach you everything you need to know to start drawing your own cartoons and comics! We'll provide the supplies, you bring the creativity.

This is a registered event for children in 1st - 6th grade. Please only register the children attending the event.
