Dallas County Conservation Storytime

Monday, July 7th @9:30am

Join a special guest from Dallas County Conservation for stories and activities to learn more about animals. Recommended for ages 3+ and their caregivers.

Crafty Monday: Rock Painting

Monday, July 7th @1:00pm

Join us in the community room and get creative with us by painting rocks. All supplies provided, while supplies last. Children 8 and under are required to be supervised by a caregiver.

Pokemon Club

Tuesday, July 8th @2pm

Come to Pokémon club to trade cards, make and laminate your own card, and do some fun crafts! We'll also have some copies of the Pokémon Battle Academy Board Game anyone who wants to try playing the Pokémon Card Game!

This program is for 1st-5th grades.

Reading Dragons Party

Wednesday, July 9th @1pm

Have you been collecting summer reading dragon cards? Bring them to the library to play reading dragon games with friends. Drop in to learn how to play games with your cards, make a deck box for card storage, and grab a snack! Supplies provided, while they last. This is a drop-in program intended for students in K-5th grades.

Tween: Library E-Sports

Thursday, July 10th @1-3pm

The library is partnering with ADM's E-Sports coach, Chris Hatchitt to bring electronic sports to the library! Each week will feature a different Nintendo Switch sport like Mario Kart, Rocket League, or Super Smash.  Learn about each sport and how to take your video gaming to another level with organized competitive gameplay between two teams, governed by its own strict set of rules and guidelines.

Giant Board Games

Friday, July 11th @10am-12pm

This is a come and go event. Join us in the community room to play with our Giant board games. Our giant games include Candy Land, Uno, Guess-Who, Monopoly, Checkers, Sorry, Life, and more! Children 8 and under must be supervised by a guardian.

Move & Groove Storytime

Tuesdays @9:30 & 10:30

Join us in the storytime room for a morning of music, movement, rhythm, instruments, and fun! This program is designed for children 0 - 5 years of age.

Join us for songs, rhymes, bounces, and a story. This program is for children ages 0-36 months and their caregiver.

A topical themed story time consisting of books, music, movement, & crafts. This program is designed for ages 3 - 6 years old.

Yoga

Every Wednesday @5:45pm

Free-will donations are accepted for this program. A licensed yoga teacher leads a class to help you relax in the middle of the work week. All skill levels are welcome. Registration is required.
