A WORD FROM THE DIRECTOR |
AuGUST figures throughout history are not known for speaking much. They tend to be reserved, succinct, and clear. It is therefore appropriate to the august month of August to have a brief blurb.
Please enjoy the rest of the summer - don't let back to school ads or halloween decorations drain your summertime enthusiasm. There is still time left to complete our Read White and Blue summer reading challenge.
New this month - bring your kids or tell your friends and family to bring theirs to the Shute Library to learn about electricity, without using electricity, using Spintronics! We will be expanding this to the Parlin in the future.
Stay tuned to our social media library signage, because we'd like to celebrate in the beginning of September!
