Starting Tuesday, July 1st, 2025, the transaction fee for paying fines online through the SAILS Mobile App or online catalog will increase from $.85 to $1.25 per transaction. The transaction fee only applies to payments made online with a credit or debit card. You will still be able to pay in person at your local library via cash or check with no additional fee.

Level Up Your Yoga with Revonda Mehovic (ages 18+) Wednesdays July 9th & 23rd 6:00 - 7:00pm Join us this summer at the library for yoga with RYT200 instructor Revonda. This practice will be appropriate for levels 1 and 2 and will focus on matching movements to breath. Plenty of modifications for poses will be offered. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and blocks (if you have them). Free and open to ages 18+.

Family Movie Matinee A Minecraft Movie (rated PG) Saturday July 12th 1:00 - 3:00pm This event is free and open to all ages appropriate to the rating. "Four misfits are suddenly pulled through a mysterious portal into a bizarre cubic wonderland that thrives on imagination. To get back home they'll have to master this world while embarking on a quest with an unexpected expert crafter."-IMDB Light refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the Mansfield Public Library.

Pop Up Art School Presents: Needle Felted Axolotl (ages 13+) Thursday July 17th 5:00 - 6:30pm Needle felt the adorable axolotl salamanders of Mexico. Known for their smiling face and feathery gills you'll view pictures and learn more about them. In this beginner's class, Pop Up Art School will show you how to sculpt basic shapes using a barbed needle and wool roving. Needle felting is easier than it looks and it's fun and relaxing! This program is free and open to ages 13 +. Space is limited. Registration required.

LEVEL UP Your (Calm) and Craft! (ages 13+) Thursday July 24th 6:30 - 7:30pm Looking for a way to de-stress while also exploring your creative side? Join us for an hour of mindful craft activities such as coloring, Zentangle and our FEATURED CRAFT: DIY SEASHELL TRINKET DISH! Pop in just long enough to make a craft, or stay for the whole hour. The time is yours! Calming music, delicious tea and all crafting supplies provided by the library and generously sponsored by the Friends of the Mansfield Public Library. Free and open to ages 13+. Space is limited.

Spice Club: Jerk Seasoning (for ages 13+) Wed. July 16th A different spice is featured each month.
Each kit contains information about the spice, 2 recipes, and enough of the spice to make both recipes. The Spice Club is open to ages 13 and up. One registration per family. Limited to 20 families.
Once registered, come to the library on Wednesday, July 16th, to pick up the kit. ELL Conversation Circle (ages 18+) Wed.
