I will be retiring as Director of the Mansfield Public Library on June 30th. I am honored and fortunate to have been given the opportunity to serve the town of Mansfield for the past 13 years. I have made so many wonderful memories during this time and have enjoyed sharing my love of reading with so many of you! I want to thank each and every one of you for supporting the library, and for helping to make it the center of our community. Thank you for attending the fiction book club or sharing your favorite book recommendations with me. Thank you for continuing to support the library during the COVID months by rolling with virtual programming and curbside delivery. Thank you for being part of a town that loves and supports its library! I am sad to be saying goodbye, but I will see you around town (and probably in the library!)

Massachusetts Center for the Book 2026 Reading Challenge
How the challenge works:
Choose a book that fits the monthly challenge.
After you read, fill out thisFORMto tell us about the book.
Using our submission manager, you will be able to log in and access the entries you’ve logged throughout the year.
Dedicated readers will be invited to a year-end celebration hosted by Mass Center for the Book.
We will be drawing two names on the last day of each month to win a free book! Make sure you get those entries in before the end of the month.
If you read a book in each of the 12 months, you will be entered in a drawing to win 1 of 2 totes filled with books.
Stop by the library to pick a postcard that lists all of the monthly challenges and a bookmark that allows you to keep track of what you read!
