This 9-class course explores the basics of using your smartphone’s digital camera. You’ll learn how to take pictures, where they’re stored on your device, and how to delete them. You’ll also go over tips for taking selfies, recording videos, and sharing your photos! This course also introduces some fundamental photography principles about composition and lighting. Please note: this course will focus only on the smartphone’s camera and will not cover other uses for your smartphone.
Prerequisites: You will need to bring your own smartphone for this course, and should be somewhat comfortable using it. The course material is designed for iPhones running iOS 9 or later and Androids running OS 9.
Meeting on the third Tuesday of each month this group shares in reading and discussing the same book.
