Community Outreach
We had a thrilling experience at Brussels Unit School during the 'Read Across America' celebration. The event was elevated with musical flair, as our activities seamlessly combined reading with vibrant performances. These included playing instruments, dancing, and delving into the rhythmic energy of words, creating a dynamic and engaging experience.

Young Artists Spotlight Celebrating Young Artists in Brussels
A Month of Creativity and Appreciation We are thrilled to show case and celebrate the artistic talents of our youth this April. While this month honors military children, we extend the celebration to every child in our Brussels community. Visit our library to admire the incredible art created by students from Brussels Unit School.

ON DEMAND
New Time for Story Time - 3:00 PM After gathering feedback from parents in the community, we've decided to adjust the timing for Story Time. It will now take place on the first Wednesday of every month at 3:00 PM, followed by Crafternoon at 3:30 PM.

| Throughout the month of April Stop by Brussels Library during regular opening hours to decorate a wooden egg with stencil-tape, acrylic paint, and gel pens. Suitable for all ages, but young children will need parental/guardian assistance.

This program at Brussels Library explores the science of slime-making with monthly ingredient experiments. Participants (ages 7+) create their own slime to take home. Spots are limited, so reservations are required via call or email. |
