Greetings

It is with deep respect and sadness that we share the news of Joyce Milne’s passing last week. Joyce, whose name graces The David and Joyce Milne Public Library, was a beloved supporter and donor whose vision and generosity have profoundly shaped our library and its role in the Williamstown community

An avid reader, Joyce found joy in books every day and was immensely proud of the library she helped to build. Her legacy lives on in the library’s mission to inspire learning, foster connection, and serve as a cornerstone of our community.

As we reflect on her remarkable life, we are reminded of her dedication and the values she cherished. Joyce’s contributions will continue to enrich the lives of all who walk through our doors.

We honor her memory and extend our heartfelt condolences to her loved ones.

With Warm Remembrance,

The David & Joyce Milne Public Library Staff
