Milne Mail: David & Joyce Milne Public Library, Weekly Newsletter
Friday, August 21, 2026

Hello, and Happy Friday!

Let your voice be heard!

We're inviting community members to participate in one of our upcoming focus groups. While the survey helps us gather broad community feedback, the focus groups provide an opportunity for more in-depth discussion (registration required).

- Thursday, September 3rd at 6:00 p.m.
- Friday, September 4th at 11:00 a.m.
- Saturday, September 5th at 1:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, September 8th at 6:00 p.m.

The focus groups are an important opportunity to help shape the next chapter of the David & Joyce Milne Public Library.

Reminders:

  • We will have a delayed opening today, Friday, August 21st for a staff meeting. The library will open at 1:00 p.m. All online resources will still be available. The library will be open during our regularly scheduled hours tomorrow, Saturday, August 22nd at 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

  • Did you know we can fix skipping DVDs and CDs? If you checked out a disc that was skipping, let us know and we will fix it! This helps materials last longer and circulate more often.
