Hello, and Happy Friday!

Our Community Cupboard was launched July 2025. Since then, we have distributed 1,444 food items to community members in need.

With potential cuts to SNAP benefits, more community members may be experiencing food insecurity. With your help, we will be able to sustain our pantry for community members.

To learn how to donate, call (413) 458 - 5369. For monetary donations online, you can donate directly using this link .

Please Note: Math Help with Mace's hours have changed. They will now be Tuesdays, 4:00 - 6:15 p.m. Additionally, there will not be math help November 4th and November 11th in observance of Veterans' Day.

We're hosting a new library reading group that will cover all kinds of . . . sustainabili-reads.

We'll read and discuss books and articles about topics including climate change, amazing natural phenomena, the plastic crisis, wildlife and more!

At our first meeting, Tuesday, November 18th at 6:00 p.m., we'll talk about The Milkweed Lands: an Epic Story of One Plant, its Nature and Ecology.

Please request a copy soon, read as much as you can and join us at our inaugural meeting. Can't find one? Ask us for help!

Learn to Sew!

Kids are out of school so we're doing something fun! Make a chicken beanbag using simple sewing and (optional) embroidery skills.

This will be a guided workshop and not a drop-in; we will go step-by-step starting with cutting out the fabric. Experience isn't neccessary but please come willing to learn!

All supplies wil be provided, please sign up because seats are limited. For ages 6 and up.

(Kids under 10 will need a grown-up present during the workshop.)

Tarot Readings w/ Jane

We are so distracted by the noise of media that we may lose our internal balance. Perhaps a short Tarot reading could help you feel connected to the world in a more spiritual way.

Join Jane Hudson, artist and creator of a Major Arcana deck,Tuesday, November 4th at 4:00 p.m., for a 15-minute, 3-card reading if you are 16 or older.

Please sign up here for a specific time slot, which will take you to a Google calendar link. Depending on the number of sign-ups, some walk-ins may be accommodated.

Rated G, runtime 133 minutes.

Popcorn will be available! As part of an effort to become more sustainability-focused, we encourage you to bring your own (reasonably sized!) bowl.
