Help Us Plan Our Cultural Showcase! 🎉
| Earlier this year, the library was awarded a grant from the Mass Cultural Council to host a Cultural Showcase next year. We are seeking three community members who are interested in joining a sub-committee to plan this showcase set for May 30th, 2026.
Email Angie at azimmermann@cwmars.org with a brief explanation of why you are interested and any relevant experience you would like for us to consider. Please email your interest by Wednesday, December 10th.
Teens are encouraged to join for community service and/or volunteer hours. |

Make Collaged Coasters for the Holidays 🎨 |
Join us Saturday, December 13th at 12:00 p.m. to collage wooden coasters for gifts, or create a miniature art gallery by hanging them up on your wall!
Decoupage is the art of applying a collage of paper and then coating with several layers of finish. In this case, we will be using Mod Podge and Polyvine Heavy Duty Varnish for a heat resistant surface.
Once you make a coaster, be sure to stop by our gift wrapping party the same day to get it ready as a present while enjoying the food and drinks!
Dress for mess! This event is for ages 10+. |

Fun and Festive Gift Wrapping Party 🎁
| Stop by for a low-key, festive gift-wrapping party Saturday, December 13th at 12:30 p.m. You bring the presents, we provide the supplies!
Wrap your gifts using our tables, tools and supplies, enjoy music and refreshments while avoiding the prying eyes of gift recipients who might be at home!
Materials will include donated wrapping supplies from previous seasons, and paper-based items we have purchased, in the spirit of sustainability.
You can also make a present to wrap at the Collaged Coaster event happening the same day at 12:00 p.m.! |
