Digital tools and technologies have become very important and even necessary to our everyday lives. By the end of this 10-week course, you’ll be able to use a variety of resources to make your life easier, from managing everyday tasks to communicating with others. You’ll use the internet to explore your interests and passions, connect with others, and even contact your lawmakers. You’ll also learn best practices for staying safe in the digital world and managing your privacy and security settings in the Chrome browser.

Join us to read from Witch Hat Atelier Vol. 1 by Kamome Shirahama, a manga about a girl who longs to do magic, but knows witches are born, not taught. After an encounter with a witch, she discovers the truth is that she can learn magic, and that it is more complicated and dangerous than she thought. We'll read aloud and discuss the book, and make hummus to snack on.


No reading in advance is required, and participants will get a free copy of the book to keep at the end of the program.
