It also teaches American Sign Language. You will learn about the program, sign up for an account, and get support.

The Abominable Snowman: Choose Your Own Adventure #1

Summer Reading is right around the corner and signups will begin May 15! Calendars will be available then.

Gaming Club: Wednesdays, 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm, May 1, 8, 15, 22, & 29. Hang out and play video games and board games! At our May 29 meeting, we’ll be holding tournament for Pokkén Tournament DX, with prizes for the top players.


Knitwits: Thursday, May 2, 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Join us for a meeting of our fiber arts group! If you’re a beginner, learn how to knit or crochet; we’ll provide supplies and a lesson. Otherwise, bring a project to work on and come hang out!


Dungeons & Dragons: Saturdays, May 4, 11, 18, & 25, 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Play a session of the tabletop role-playing game DMed by a teen volunteer! No experience is necessary, but if you haven’t already been to any of our Saturday sessions, email amandaa@bristol-library.org or stop by the Teen Space for information on how to join and what you’ll need to be prepared.

Salt Resist Watercolor: Saturday, May 11, 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm. For this month’s Art Club, have fun with cool abstract watercolor salt techniques!


Board Game Party: Thursday, May 16, 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm. Join us in playing board and card games and enjoying snacks! We have a variety of games to choose from but feel free to bring your favorites to share.


LGBTeens: Thursday, May 16 & Tuesday, May 21, 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm. Our teen LGBTQ+ group meets twice monthly, with a Thursday night planning and discussion meeting and a Tuesday night activity. For our May activity session, we’ll be making stickers! LGBTQ+ teens and allies are invited to socialize, learn, and have fun!


5th Thursday Movie Night: Thursday, May 30, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Join us to watch the movie The Princess and the Frog and enjoy popcorn and themed snacks! Costumes are encouraged!
