Rooms may be reserved online, by phone or in person.

Ask a Lawyer Returns to the Downtown Mishawaka Library

Attorneys from the Volunteer Lawyers Network, Inc. will provide
free legal advice to the public on a first-come, first-served basis!

Anyone 18 and older is welcome to visit the Mishawaka Library Monday, October 21, between 1 and 4 p.m.
Bring all pertinent information and documents.
No registration is required.

We’re Doubling the Fun with Two Jam-Packed Days of Halloween Events

Families with little ones are welcome to join us October 18 at the
downtown Mishawaka Library, from 10 a.m. to noon for Frightful Friday festivities.

10-11 a.m. - Trick or Treat Around the Library
10 a.m.-noon - Crafts and Games
10:30-11 a.m. - Storytime
11 a.m.-noon - Bountiful Bats (Registration required). Registration opens October 4 at 9 a.m. and closes October 18 at 9 a.m. or when full.

The Halloween Fun Continues at the Harris Branch for Monster Mash Monday

Families with little ones are welcome to join us October 28 at the
Harris Branch, from 10 a.m. to noon for Monster Mash Monday festivities.

10-11 a.m. - Trick or Treat Around the Library
10 a.m.-noon - Crafts and Games
10:30-11 a.m. - Storytime
11 a.m.-noon - Sensational Spiders (Registration required). Registration opens October 14 at 9 a.m. and closes October 28 at 9 a.m. or when full.

All Treats and No Tricks at the Annual MEF Trunk or Treat Event

Our MPHPL Community Engagement team can’t wait to see you at the
Mishawaka Education Foundation's Trunk or Treat to kick off the Halloween season!

This event will be held in the Mishawaka High School parking lot, 1202 Lincolnway East, Saturday, October 5, from 4:30-7:30 p.m.
Dozens of local businesses and organizations will be present to pass out treats.
Over 3,000 children attended last year’s event.
Costumes are encouraged.

Trick or Treat With MPHPL & the Mishawaka Parks & Recreation Department

‘Table or Treat October 26, 2024, along the Mishawaka Riverwalk’

Table or Treat will take place Saturday, October 26, from 5-7 p.m. along the
Mishawaka Riverwalk.

This event is free and open to the public.
Over 90 Michiana businesses and organizations will be participating.
Close to 3,000 trick or treaters are expected to attend this year’s free event.

The Mishawaka-Penn-Harris Public Library is proud to offer Freegal, a
popular music service to MPHPL cardholders!

Freegal features today’s top hits and a treasure trove of favorites going back decades.
The app contains dozens of genres including jazz, country, Latin, K-pop, classic rock and even Broadway - plus music videos and short audio stories.
Freegal offers over 18 million songs from more than 100 countries!
You can download five songs each week to your computer or smart device. Plus, make your own playlists or stream premade playlists such as this one for Halloween!
Freegal is available on line, or the app can be downloaded on the Apple or Google app stores.
