Please take the survey! The Rosendale Library board is working to improve the library’s facilities so that the library can offer a full array of programs and materials that promote learning and community connections. The more residents of Rosendale we hear from, the better!

Our first clothing swap will take place Saturday, November 11. We are accepting clean, lightly worn clothing November 1-9. There will be clothing for people of all ages. The fashion industry is one of the most destructive to our planet. Come find a new-to-you treasured item and make this swap a success.

It’s back to school time and this month we start a new reading and discussion group with Dr. Jeff Miller, associate professor of political science at SUNY New Paltz. The readings will consider what it means to live in a community where people hold diverse views, and how we express these views. Sign up and attend one or two sessions or all six.

Looking for the perfect gift that shows your Rosendale pride? There will be new Rosendale Library tee shirts for sale at Frozendale, as well as hand-knit and crocheted hats and scarves—lovingly made in Rosendale. We will also have a story time with a local author and other fun activities, all on Saturday, December 2.

See you at the library!
