SPECIAL EDITION: Upcoming Changes to Libby
You will soon have 3 options to borrow eAudiobooks & eBooks
The Simcoe County Digital Library Services has decided to switch from Libby to cloudLibrary. The collection will change over to the new platform on April 3, 2023, and will give patrons additional access to eBooks and eAudiobooks from other libraries across Ontario. However, patrons will have to download the new cloudLibrary app to access the County collection.

The Collingwood Public Library has maintained Libby through the Ontario Library Service Consortium instead of simcoe.overdrive.com. This will require patrons to sign into the new collection that will be available April 3, 2023.

Download eBooks and eAudiobooks from anywhere with your Collingwood Public Library card.

The cloudLibrary gives you access to 120,000 eBooks and eAudiobooks. Download the app on any iOS or Android device and login with your Collingwood Public Library card and your PIN (the last four digits of your library card number).

Using a Kobo? Go to yourcloudlibrary.com to download the book and use Adobe Digital Editions to transfer to Kobo.
Already using the Libby app?
We anticipate that your active loans, holds and reading history will transfer, subject to titles available in the new collection.

If you wish to keep your history, we encourage all users to do the following:
1. Tap in Libby.
2. Tap Actions > Export Timeline.
3. Choose an export format:
• To see your timeline on a web page, select Table. From there, you can bookmark it for future use or share it on social media or with friends.
• To save your timeline to your device, select Spreadsheet.
Once downloaded, you can edit the spreadsheet or import it into Goodreads.
