GLOBE Program KickoffFri., Sept. 27 from 1 - 2:30 p.m.East LibraryHomeschoolers, become citizen scientists! We need your help to find the perfect spot to install an outdoor weather station! East Library is joining the GLOBE Program, a worldwide, hands-on science initiative that provides students the opportunity to participate in observation, data collection, and the scientific process and contribute to our understanding of the environment. Our first task will be to determine the optimum location for our instrument station. Join us and become a GLOBE citizen scientist! Ages 9 and up.
