Sewing for Kids 
 
Come make something special with us! A different hand sewing project is offered each month. For December, we are making Gnomes. No sewing experience needed. Recommended for ages 7-12

Health and Lifestyle Solutions Book Club
 
Join a health book club with educational discussions led by Dr. Rabia Barkins, a licensed holistic health practitioner. Learn self-help concepts for prevention and/or reversal of chronic disease. This month we will be discussing Ultraprevention by Mark Hyman, MD.

Masc Clothing Swap
 
 Join us for a Plus Size Masc Clothing Swap! Bring clean, gently used clothing and accessories to swap at the Aptos library.
Artists' Reception
 
Eva Bernstein and Dani Torvik both make beautiful abstract works that currently fill the Scotts Valley Library with vibrant color and energy. Please join us to view their artwork and meet the artists. Light refreshments will be served. 

Santa Cruz Host Homes Shared Housing
 
Bill Wilson Center's Shared Housing/Host Home Program is looking for people who can provide temporary housing in a safe and welcoming environment for former foster youth and LGBTQ+/allied young adults (ages 18-24) who are experiencing housing instability. Come meet Valerie Arno, the coordinator for this program, and learn more about how you can be the change by becoming a Host Home Mentor!
