Celebrating Information Literacy Information literacy is a library's bread and butter. It's a skill absolutely necessary to living in our modern world because we are constantly bombarded with so much information it is vital that we know how to seek out information intentionally and how to critically review information to decide if it is good and acknowledge any biases it may have. This month we're focusing on the topic with several classes introducing the new face of our catalog. Come on in and learn how to sort through all our library materials like a pro.
|
Our favorite part about this new catalog? There's an app for it! Use your favorite app store to look for Aspen LiDA, download, and you can start using it immediately. Once downloaded you'll just need to find your library (Hayden Library, Rathdrum Library, etc) and then type in your library card # and password.
