Winter Reading Program
It’s the most wonderful time of the year…Winter Reading time! As the temperatures dip colder, we hope that kids will do more reading while they are stuck inside keeping warm. This year we have lots of great prizes to raffle off to readers ages 1-18. Also, back by popular demand is the Teen Scratch off contest for kids ages 12-18. For every book you read, you will receive a scratch-off ticket that could win you some awesome prizes. Be sure to stop in the youth department to pick up your reading log so that you can be entered into the fun! The program runs from December 18th through January 22nd, and we are hosting lots of engaging and educational Winter Reading Programs, so be sure to check our full calendar of events at mcl.org.

And while the kids are signing up for their Winter Reading Program, be sure to swing by the Reference Desk to get signed up for the Adult Winter Reading Program!
