New Jersey Food Truck Cookbook Author and Tasting Event
Saturday, June 1, 2:30 pm
New Jersey food trucks are some of the best in the nation.  Author Patrick Lombardi has been around the circuit for nearly a decade, covering a wide range of events as well as gourmet food trucks for BestofNJ.com.  Patrick will be sharing helpful kitchen tips and a favorite recipe from his book, Maddalena's "Chookie" cookies! Chef Andrew from Mama Dude's food truck will be preparing Griggstown Turkey Breakfast Tacos!

Nobody Owns the Sky: Fascinating Stories of Forgotten Female Aviators
Tuesday, June 4, 6:30 pm
Come hear the stories of early female pilots whose ground-breaking exploits were lost to history after Amelia Earhart's famous disappearance. These female aviators were determined to show that anything men could do, they could do too. Presented by Carol Simon Levin as Elinor Smith Sullivan. Registration is required.

Professional traveler Chris McCormack will share this engaging and informative presentation, where you will discover adventure, and cost-saving tips for exploring our country's incredible landscapes! Through personal stories and experiences, the audience will come to realize how liberating and profound traveling truly is. You will leave with the desire to go explore the unknown! Summer Reading Event
Thursday, June 6, 5:00 - 7:00 pm
Come read aloud with your favorite staff at Robbinsville Public Schools, take a photo with Boomer and Noble, and enjoy Playtime with a Twist with hula hoops, bubbles, and ribbon dancing. All ages, with an adult.

Summer Reading Kick Off Party
Wednesday, June 19, 9:30 am - 12:00 pm
Come register for the summer reading program and enjoy snow cones, crafts, games, and more. All ages, with an adult.
Cartooning Workshop
Saturday, June 29, 10:00 am
Children ages 8-14, accompanied by an adult, are invited to join us for a hands-on cartooning workshop presented by Mike Dawson, author of The Fifth Quarter. Children will learn how to tell stories using comics through a workbook and exercises. Registration is required.

Then the afternoon session, "Excel: Formulas & Functions", is a fast-paced, cumulative Excel class. Join us to learn about formulas and functions, including VLOOKUP! Attend one or both classes!

Use the computer classroom to work on your own projects or practice your skills using the Northstar Digital Literacy platform while our technology trainers are available to assist you. You can also sit for an assessment to earn a Northstar Digital Literacy Certificate in the technology instruction area of your choice! MCLS' Summer Reading Program is back! Our libraries have been getting ready for the 2024 Summer Reading Program, “Adventure Begins at the Library”, which takes place June 17 through August 10th! Make sure you stop in throughout the summer to register, log in your reading, pick up prizes, attend programs, create crafts, play games, and so much more! For all ages.
