Marjorie's Pick
Raising Hare by Chloe Dalton chronicles the author's three years with a hare she brings home and saves. While full of the history of hares in literature and folklore, it is the bond between the two that will capture your heart. It is this non-human friendship which opens Dalton's awareness of the natural world.
